Powers Of Attorney

For example, if the desired object can be achieved by some other means-such as a third party Bank mandate-we will say so.
We are specialists in advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney. Everybody should make one as we are living longer these days, if only as a form of insurance against future problems. A Lasting Power of Attorney enables the person you have appointed either to deal with your financial affairs and/or make decisions about your care in the event should you become mentally or physically incapable of dealing with them.
If you do become incapable then it is too late to make a Lasting Power of Attorney-the only option then is to make an application to the Court which is not only time-consuming but very costly!
It is much more cost-effective to tackle the point now.
